Working with Cory and Sandra on our custom home build was an absolute pleasure! They helped us out of a difficult situation after we had issues with our previous builder. Before beginning work, they took the time to carefully review and assess the state of the build. They were always attentive and respectful, taking the time to listen to all of our ideas and vision for the house. We truly appreciated their kindness and consideration throughout the process. 

Once the holiday season had passed in 2022, Cory and Sandra hit the ground running and worked quickly to complete our build. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We were also delighted that they were budget-minded, which was important to us. 

In addition to their excellent workmanship, we were also impressed by how tidy and organized they kept the job site. It was clear that they take pride in their work and want to make sure that everything is done right.

CS4M remodeled my bathrooms earlier this year. I met Cory through my parents after they'd had a detached garage built.  

Cory was easy to work with. I wanted to know what work I could do myself to save money. We worked this out, and I was happy with the estimate for my bathroom. When the remodel of my bathroom began, I was confident in their pace and expertise and had them do my other bathroom as well. I'd initially thought I'd wait on that.
